As a former Head of International Sales with an MBA and more than 20 years of business experience, Ahmed recognizes the demands and unique pressures executives face today in our post-pandemic world, and will work with you to identify your greatest obstacles and provide you with a variety of tools and techniques to overcome them. Whether you’re looking to better manage stress, improve relationships, spur creativity or sleep better, Ahmed’s holistic approach to wellness will have a positive impact on your life.
